G&M Works made a significant contribution to the completion of Dahlia Upper West Side, a prestigious luxury condominium. As part of this $50M, 20-story, 100,000SF condo complex with 38 residences, including impressive units and penthouses with duplex and triplex staircases, G&M Works played a crucial role in bringing the 2nd floor amenity space to life. Our expertise and craftsmanship were evident in the creation of a stunning 5,100 SF elevated terrace, thoughtfully designed to include a sophisticated lounge area for adults and an engaging play structure for kids. G&M Works' attention to detail and commitment to excellence added an element of vibrancy and elegance to the development, making it a standout luxury destination.
