DESCRIPTION
G&M Works played a significant role in the completion of the project at 1000 Maxwell Lane, a key component of Toll's mixed-use Maxwell Place development. Having already constructed three luxury residential towers with 755 units, a waterfront park, and various retail and restaurant spaces. G&M Works successfully completed the ground floor courtyard, handled planting on the upper floors, and implemented the Builders Pavement Plan.
The ground floor courtyard showcased unique Hanover pavers with an eye-catching shape and layout. A curved ipe bench added a touch of elegance, while river birch trees and a delightful assortment of perennials contributed to the greenery and aesthetics of the space. Full slab granite staircases and metal railings artfully divided the courtyard from the city sidewalks, further enhancing its overall appeal and functionality.
