POWERHOUSE

SCOPE

Utilities / Site Development / Landscape

DESCRIPTION

UAG partnered with non-profit clients Powerhouse Arts and Gemini Arts Initiative to restore and construct a 180,000 SF space housing art fabrication facilities, multi-use areas for education, events, and public engagement.  G&M Works played a vital role in the project, handling excavations for utilities, paving, site drainage, landscape, concrete and more.  Our expertise ensured a strong infrastructure, accessible pathways, effective drainage, and aesthetically pleasing landscape, contributing significantly to bringing the project to life.   The overall project preserves the building's industrial character while connecting it to the urban environment.
